Jam Coast Jam Co. was created in 2022 by Scott Selker after leaving his Career in the restaurant industry.  Scott found himself with a continuing desire to make and create tasty food for friends, family and anyone else willing to try. With a need to create and a passion for quality ingredients, supporting local farmers, and exploring new flavors as well as classic combinations, he found Jams to be a perfect way to spread his love for food across the country. 

It all starts on the farm at Jam Coast, with the bountiful farms of Plant City, Florida only a short drive away.  Jam Coast is committed to supporting local farmers and sourcing the best fruits, berries and peppers that Central Florida has to offer.

With the belief that great flavors can transport you to another place and time; Jam Coast Jams are more than music for your mouth… It's a vacation in every bite.
